Gen2 Cards Launch Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Gen2 Cards, Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. Contact: info@gen2cards.com.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible.

3. Entry period

Entries open on August 6, 2026 and close on August 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Entries received outside that period are void.

4. How to enter

Follow the Gen2 Cards account on Instagram or Facebook and post a comment on the launch post identifying a Pokémon trading card. One entry per person per platform. A maximum of two entries per person applies.

5. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or to win. A purchase does not improve the chance of winning.

6. Prize

One prize is available: one Mega Moonlit Tin [Mega Gengar ex]. Approximate retail value $44.99 CAD. The prize is not transferable and no cash substitute is offered. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner selection

One entrant will be selected by random draw on August 20, 2026. The selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided and within a time limit, a mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner.

9. Notification and forfeiture

The selected entrant will be contacted by reply or direct message on the platform through which the entry was made. The selected entrant must respond within 72 hours. Failure to respond within that period, to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or to meet the requirements of section 2 results in forfeiture, and an alternate entrant will be selected.

10. Delivery

The prize will be shipped to a Canadian address at the Sponsor's cost. The Sponsor is not responsible for a prize lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

11. Disqualification

Entries made through multiple, automated or fraudulent accounts are void. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant and may cancel, suspend or amend this promotion at any time.

12. Publicity

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to publish the winner's first name and platform handle.

13. Platform disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Entrants release Instagram and Facebook from all liability arising from this promotion.

14. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
