Welcome to gen2cards.com (the "Site"), operated by Gen2 Cards, a sole proprietorship based in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada ("Gen2 Cards," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Our Products

Gen2 Cards sells trading card game singles, playable decks, bulk lots, mystery packs, sealed product, and related accessories. All product listings, including card condition, are described to the best of our ability. Card condition language (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.) reflects our own assessment unless a card is explicitly listed as professionally graded by a third-party grading company.

Some products are sold on a randomised basis and their contents are not disclosed before purchase. Some products are offered as pre-orders and are not in our possession at the time of sale. Both are subject to our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and pre-order cancellations are governed by section 1.9 of that policy.

Trading card games, characters, and trademarks referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners. Gen2 Cards is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any trading card game publisher or rights holder.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order on this Site.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated, and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount charged.

4. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased, to enforce per-customer purchase limits, and to refuse service to anyone, at our discretion.

5. Returns, Cancellations, Pre-Orders and Shipping

Orders are subject to our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy and our Shipping Policy, both available on this Site. Those policies form part of these Terms. Most products we sell are final sale. Pre-order cancellations are governed by section 1.9 of the Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images created by Gen2 Cards — is the property of Gen2 Cards and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission. Third-party trademarks and copyrighted material (including card images and game logos) remain the property of their respective owners.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and close customer accounts in cases of abusive, threatening or fraudulent conduct.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gen2 Cards is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
